Our customer support is our front line meeting our customers and consumers. Customer support supplies customers with information about products and services, takes orders, process orders, sends invoices and helps our customers with questions.
Our administrator also ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Due to high level of organisation and good communication skills we work in a very pleasant office environment.
We are working with a third-party logistics company that handles warehousing and deliveries and customer support is their main point of contact.
About TePe Australia & NZ
TePe Australia & NZ Pty Ltd is TePe´s youngest subsidiary, founded in January 2019. We have though been present in Australia for more than 20 years, working via a distributor. By launching a subsidiary our aim is to increase awareness of preventive dental care and the connection between oral and general health. Building on the foundation laid by TePe´s Australian distributor, we see a great potential in working closer to our customers and consumers and increasing knowledge regarding oral care.
